Leo Vince exhaust systems
Leo Vince products are designed in their own R&D
facility, using advanced CAD/CAM technology.
Every prototype is extensively dyno-tested and, once approved,
its performance is then rigorously evaluated on track, under the
most extreme conditions.
Leo Vince is truly a 'made-to-measure' exhaust
manufacturer. Facilities include all aspects of
production, where the most modern technology works
alongside the high degree of finish offered by specialised
craftsmen.
The result of this is an outstandingly reliable product of
the highest quality. LeoVince produces small
batches of top-quality products aimed at competition users
and the more discerning enthusiast.
The Leo Vince Range comprises both race cans and systems,
and also cans and systems with full EEC approval, which
are totally road-legal. LeoVince SBK complete systems are the result of experience
gained from international competition and laboratory
research, using the most sophisticated instruments.
The finished article is a product which, thanks to the
materials and manufacturing processes adopted, the finish
and levels of performance, is of the highest quality
currently available on the market. Bearing in mind the
quality of the products, the prices remain
highly competitive.
LeoVince SBK complete systems are
available in three versions:
Standard Mount
in this case, the position of the silencer is the same as
the original one.
High-Mount and Ultra-High
this is the sports version of the system, in which the
position of the tail-pipes and silencer is raised in
comparison to the original configuration.
The installation of HIGH-MOUNTS requires the removal of
the rear passenger footrests and the right-hand indicator
in most, but not all cases.
The new LeoVince SBK street-legal range offers performance
benefits derived from experience at the highest levels of
international competition, in a package which is
completely legal for use on the public road. Systems are
available for all the most popular supersport models
currently available, for owners who wish to personalise
their machines while respecting the legislation in their
country.
These new systems combine engineering excellence
with stunning appearance. The standard of finish achieved,
the materials used (stainless steel, aluminium, carbon
fibre and titanium) and the general quality of manufacture
are all of the highest standard.
This is particularly noticeable when fitted to a 'naked'
bike, where the engineering is an essential part of the
machine's attraction. These systems offer solid benefits
in terms of performance and weight reduction. When
compared with standard, type-approved exhausts, Leo Vince SBK systems
are up to 30% lighter. Less weight means less inertia, and
that means increased acceleration.

motorcycle over its stock system, but to gain the most benefit we
recommend that the system is installed by one of our expert
fitters and the bike is then checked on our dyno.
