Factory-fitted Öhlins steering damper upgrade service
If you have a new Kawasaki or Aprilia, with a factory-fitted Öhlins steering damper, it is valved so that even when fully turned up it cannot be made firm enough to risk compromising the steering action in routine use.
However, for race track or other fast riding situations this means it cannot be set firmly enough.
We can re-valve your Öhlins damper to the same specification as a race damper unit. The price of this service is £65.00 plus VAT. This will uprate your damper to the equivalent of a race unit. If you have an older model damper we can also upgrade the reservoir piston kit, at extra cost.
